• Escort authorized personnel and vehicles in and out of airport-restricted areas in accordance with airport security protocols.
• Perform skilled labor tasks, including:
• Operating and maintaining basic equipment.
• Conducting routine monitoring and inspections.
• Assisting in material handling and site preparation.
• Supporting general construction or maintenance activities under supervision.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and work procedures.

• Escort Personnel: Safely escort subcontractors, vendors, and other authorized personnel in and out of airport premises, ensuring compliance with PBIA security protocols.
• Driving: Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while escorting individuals to various work areas within the airport.
• Safety & Site Cleanliness: Maintain a keen awareness of safety hazards and ensure compliance with airport safety regulations. Perform general site cleanup, removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.
• Physical Labor: Perform elevated work tasks, including lifting items exceeding 50 lbs and using hand tools.
• Support Construction Teams: Follow instructions from the superintendent/foreman and other construction personnel, assisting with project tasks as needed.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• U.S. Passport or U.S. Birth Certificate (for airport clearance and compliance).
• Fluency in English (or near fluent).
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Previous experience in construction is a MUST
• Familiarity with safety protocols, especially in construction and airport environments.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain situational awareness.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Environment: This position primarily involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift items exceeding 50 lbs and perform elevated tasks such as working at heights or on ladders. Employees may need to work in cramped spaces or awkward positions.
• Hazards: Exposure to hazardous equipment (e.g., power tools), loud noise levels, and construction site conditions, including high places and potentially dangerous materials.
• Protective Gear: Employees are required to wear protective clothing and gear at all times to ensure safety.
• Work Hours: Flexibility in work hours is expected to meet the needs of the project and work schedule
