General Foreman - Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of construction projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the construction site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
