General Foreman – Civil Construction

Job Vacancy: Site Foreman – Sharjah

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Site Foreman to join our team for multiple project sites in Sharjah.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in site coordination, material management, and supervising manpower to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities and manage labor teams effectively.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Check and monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Plan, request, and follow up on required materials to ensure timely availability on site.
• Maintain proper documentation of materials received, used, and stored.
• Operate and use leveling machine and basic surveying tools.
• Communicate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the project engineer/management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of material coordination and manpower distribution.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and site layouts.
• Experience using leveling machine (surveying equipment).
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on site.
