General Foreman- Construction

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman with strong UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor site productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project management.
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
• Maintain site discipline and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of UAE construction experience.
• Mandatory experience in villas and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Ability to manage large workforce and subcontractors.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
