Gulf View General Contracting is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for ongoing projects across the UAE. We are looking for dedicated individuals who prioritize quality, safety, and efficiency.

Available Positions:

1. General Foreman

* Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry.

* Key Responsibilities: Site management, labor coordination, reading structural drawings, ensuring quality control, and meeting project deadlines.

2. Skilled Trades (2 Positions per category):

* Masons: Experienced in blockwork, plastering, and tiling.

* Steel Fixers: Proficient in reading reinforcement drawings and professional tying.

* Shuttering Carpenters: Expertise in formwork, scaffolding, and slab preparation.

* Painters: Skilled in interior/exterior painting and high-quality finishing.

* Helpers/Laborers: Physically fit and hardworking individuals to support site operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience within the UAE construction sector is mandatory.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.

* Valid residency visa (Transferable or NOC preferred).
