Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Glass Cleaner to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining glass surfaces on residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings, ensuring they are spotless, streak-free, and professionally maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean glass surfaces, windows, mirrors, partitions, and façades using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor glass cleaning, including high-rise and difficult-to-reach areas (where applicable).
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights or on suspended platforms.
• Report any damages, cracks, or defects in glass panels to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance duties when required.
• Coordinate with the cleaning supervisor to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in glass or façade cleaning (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and glass-safe chemicals.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Rope Access or BMU experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and company policies.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
