Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Glass Cleaner to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining glass surfaces in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings, ensuring all glass areas are clean, streak-free, and professionally maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean glass surfaces including windows, mirrors, partitions, doors, and façades using approved tools and cleaning chemicals.
• Carry out both internal and external glass cleaning works, including high-rise and hard-to-reach areas where applicable.
• Strictly follow safety procedures while working at heights, on scaffolding, suspended platforms, or BMUs.
• Identify and report any damage, cracks, or defects in glass panels to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist with general cleaning or maintenance tasks when required.
• Coordinate with the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in glass cleaning or façade cleaning (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of glass-cleaning tools, equipment, and safe-use chemicals.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to follow safety instructions, work procedures, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rope Access, BMU, or cradle experience.
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage, not mandatory).
