General Handyman

CJK Builders is expanding and looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who can lead projects from start to finish while performing skilled repair and maintenance work in the field. This is not just a maintenance role, we’re looking for someone who can think ahead, solve problems on-site, and take ownership of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute repair and improvement projects
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and job sequencing
• Conduct property walkthroughs and identify repair needs
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company quality standards
• Communicate regarding scope, progress, and expectations
• Track labor hours, materials used, and job updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to independently run projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable using power tools and trade equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working indoors and outdoors
