General Helper – Furniture Factory

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and flexible General Helper to join our furniture manufacturing team in Sharjah.

This is a general support position. The successful candidate must be willing to assist in different areas of the factory and business depending on daily operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the factory, warehouse, and work areas.
• Packing and protecting furniture for delivery.
• Loading and unloading furniture, materials, and products.
• Assisting the delivery team with furniture deliveries.
• Helping with moving, carrying, and organizing furniture.
• Supporting carpenters, upholstery staff, and other production team members when required.
• Organizing materials, tools, and stock.
• Assisting with general factory and warehouse duties.
• Helping in any department or task assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Following company safety rules and instructions.
• Taking care of company property, furniture, tools, and materials.

Requirements

• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
• Flexible and willing to help in different areas of the business.
• Able to follow instructions from supervisors and management.
• Good attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Previous experience in a furniture factory, warehouse, delivery, or general helper position is an advantage.
• Must be committed to long-term employment.
