General Helper - steel fabrication

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to assist in our steel fabrication workshop. The Helper will support skilled fabricators and welders with day-to-day operations, including material handling, cleaning, preparing work areas, and performing basic tasks under supervision. The role requires physical fitness, attention to safety, and a willingness to learn fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products.

* Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for fabrication work.

* Support welders and fabricators with cutting, grinding, and assembly tasks.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop.

* Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment at all times.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a workshop or construction environment (preferable)

* Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

* Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
