General Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Officer

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals for the position of General Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, and providing excellent customer support for Motor, Travel, and Health Insurance products through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate sales for general insurance products through calls and digital platforms.
• Guide customers regarding policy coverage, pricing, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily reporting.

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, call center, or customer service will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage.
