The ideal candidate will have experience in general insurance and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role involves advising clients, managing policies, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Manage insurance applications, policy renewals, and modifications.
• Handle client inquiries and claims in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with the best insurance options.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general insurance (brokerage experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.
