Internship Overview

Sprinturf is seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns interested in gaining practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Accounting & Finance

• Operations (Estimating, Project Management, Contracts Administration)

• Marketing & Sales

This is a fully onsite position based at our Daniel Island office. Interns will collaborate closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams while contributing to active projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes

• Support financial reporting and reconciliations

• Help track project budgets and job costing

• Participate in forecasting and financial analysis activities

• Maintain organized financial documentation

Operations (Estimating, Project Management & Contracts Administration)

• Support estimating team with bid preparation and takeoffs

• Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and tracking

• Help manage subcontractor/vendor documentation

• Support contracts review and compliance processes

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met

Marketing & Sales

• Assist with CRM management and sales tracking

• Support proposal and presentation development

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Assist with digital marketing initiatives and social media

• Help coordinate trade shows, events, and client outreach

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required; familiarity with CRM or accounting software a plus)

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
