$16 - $18 hourly

• Clean up the site thoroughly
• Ensure all on-site equipment is cleaned properly
• Perform yard work, which includes blowing the customer area and removing trash
• Operate various general site equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers
• Verify landfill tickets as needed
• Watch for customers entering the transfer station
• Handle general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks
• Fulfill any other job-related duties as assigned
• Be prepared to work overtime and rotating shifts from the scheduled start tothe end time
• Actively contribute to enhancing safety and health in the workplace
• Attend all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings
• Preferred experience in a landfill, transfer station, or waste management
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Self-directed and able to work effectively in a team setting
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work
• We prefer that you have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to take direction, work well independently, and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
