General Labor - batch maker

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Labor - Batch Maker. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our production process, ensuring that batches of epoxy are prepared accurately and efficiently to meet our high quality of standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble batches according to specified formulas and procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process
• Operate machinery involved in mixing, filling, and packaging products, adhering to safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
• Handle materials safely using proper materials handling techniques, including forklift operation when necessary, to move raw ingredients and finished goods within the warehouse or production area
• Conduct quality checks on samples during production runs, documenting results meticulously to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including cleaning equipment and work areas regularly to uphold safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products, supporting efficient warehouse operations
• Be able to package material accordingly (1 gallon can, 5 gallon bucket, 55 gallon drum)

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly desirable, especially within a laboratory or food/beverage setting
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of industry standards for quality and safety
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment enhances your ability to handle materials efficiently (but not a necessity)
• Hands-on laboratory experience or familiarity with sampling procedures supports precise batch preparation and quality control
• Knowledge of packaging processes and materials handling techniques ensures smooth workflow across production stages
• Previous exposure to machining or technical equipment can be beneficial for operating specialized machinery involved in sample creation

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
