Job Summary
We are looking for hard-working, dependable individuals to join our team as Junk Removal Specialists. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves hauling away unwanted items, handling clean outs with clean ups, and assisting with light demolition projects.
Everyone starts as a Crew Assistant, working alongside an experienced driver. You’ll learn the ropes of customer service, loading/unloading, and job site safety. For those who show reliability, leadership, and a strong work ethic, there’s an opportunity to move up to a Driver position—leading your own crew, operating company trucks, and earning higher pay.
Please note: Everyone is subject to and must pass a background check. All driver positions require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Safely load, haul, and unload furniture, appliances, construction debris, and more!
- Assist with light demolition (sheds, hot tubs, play-sets, decks, etc.) when assigned.
- Operate equipment such as dollies, straps, and basic tools.
- Sort items for donation, recycling, and proper disposal.
- Maintain a clean truck, tools, and uniform.
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs quickly and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate various types of commercial vehicles, including box trucks, dump trucks, and flatbeds, ensuring safe transport of goods. (drivers only)
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and working in various environments.
Experience
Junk Removal Assistant (Entry-Level)
- No prior experience required — full training provided!
- Great for applicants with general labor, landscaping, warehouse, or moving backgrounds.
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills are essential.

Hauler (Mid-Level)
- 6–12 months of junk removal, moving, construction, or related physical labor preferred.
- Experience using dollies, straps, and basic tools for lifting or light demolition.
- Ability to complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license a plus.

Driver (Advanced)
- 1–2 years of professional driving, moving, or hauling experience.
- Clean driving record required; CDL not necessary, but a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Skilled at securing loads, backing trailers, and operating roll-off dumpsters or box trucks.
- Responsible for transporting crew, equipment, and disposal loads safely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
