Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and some heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various projects
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and winterization of outdoor systems
• Support construction projects by preparing sites, handling materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project status and completing work to high standards

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair home systems or equipment effectively
• Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools (drills, saws) safely
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment when needed
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance for efficient watering solutions
• Strong maintenance skills across various home systems including plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks outdoors or indoors in various weather conditions
