General Labor maintenance and repair help needed

We are looking for a few individuals to help with General Labor Maintenance and Repair Helpers. You don't necessarily need experience, although some plumbing experience or experience with tools is a plus. What we really need are individuals who are looking for extra income and willing to put hard work in while we make the properties up to date and outside landscaping beautification. Scheduling is definitely flexible but we ask that when you are here you take the time seriously and show up when you say you will. Pay is weekly, this would be an independent contractor position a 1099, And is considered temporary, although work is anticipated to keep going for quite some time.

Duties

• Each day may bring a new task but overall keeping the properties cleaned. Grass cuts weed whacked well-maintained swept is first and most important.
• The current projects that we are working on include putting in fencing, repairing fencing, putting black top sealant down repairs to the building and the decks, stairway, carpet, window repair and many other things. None of which you will be left alone or expected to figure out on your own.
• Painting, flooring, framing, drywall, work, trim, work, etc. Many different odds and end projects
• Some plumbing
• The work is currently in Charlotte, Michigan but we also have a property in DeWitt, Michigan that we will sometimes need to attend to.

Experience

No experience is required, an attitude to want to get work done and follow through is all that is necessary

These are residential properties with on-site residents. No drugs or alcohol on the properties is allowed.
