General Labor Technician

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can take direction well, and is comfortable using basic tools and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use hand and power tools such as drills, hammers, saws, and measuring tools
• Assist with construction, installation, painting, and general labor tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials safely
• Measure and cut materials accurately
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
• Lift and carry heavy materials as needed
• Assist with prep work, demolition, cleanup, and finishing work

Qualifications:

• Basic construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred Skills:

• Painting experience
• Measuring and basic carpentry knowledge
• Familiarity with job site safety practices
• Experience in construction, remodeling, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus
