General Laborer

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy General Laborer to join our mobile field team. Unlike a static construction site, this role moves. You will travel across all five boroughs to various project sites, performing a wide range of tasks based on the specific needs of the day.

Whether it is site preparation, equipment handling, or specialized installation support, you are the backbone of our daily operations. No prior experience? No problem. we provide full on-the-job training for the right candidate who is ready to work hard and learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Deployment: Travel daily to different job sites across NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island).
• Site Preparation: Set up and clean up work zones, ensuring all safety protocols are met.
• General Labor: Assist with loading/unloading materials, operating basic power tools, and supporting various trades (carpentry, electrical, or landscaping) as needed.
• Material Transport: Use company vehicles or your own (depending on the specific arrangement) to move tools and supplies between boroughs.
• Problem Solving: Adapt to different site environments and task requirements on the fly.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: Required. You must have a clean driving record and be comfortable navigating NYC traffic and parking.
• Reliability: You are the type of person who shows up on time, every time, regardless of which borough the job is in.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Communication: Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
