General Laborer

Duties:

• Pipe cutting, hanging, and fitting - PVC, PE, metal
• Pipe welding (PE) and gluing after training
• Hang conduit, pull and terminate wire, mount cable trays if qualified
• Mount pumps and blowers on steel skids
• Assemble equipment skids including piping, to and from pumps, valves and blowers
• Operate machinery
• High pressure spray painting (indoors and outdoors)
• Install electrical conduit and cable trays if capable
• Pull & terminate wire if capable
• High pressure spray painting (indoors and outdoors)

Some weekend work may be required (paid). Some travel is required - this is typically less than 4 times per year for approximately 2 weeks at a time. Travel and living expenses are paid by the company. Additional bonus is paid for travel work. Overtime pay @ 1.5 x wage

Requirements:

• Energetic, highly motivated
• Excellent physical condition
• Lift and carry items up to 70 pounds on occasion
• Work on ladders and platforms on occasion
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers’ license
• Proficient use of hand and power tools a must
• Plumbing / piping experience a plus
• Wiring and conduit / cable tray experience and understanding a plus
• Must pass random drug tests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
