Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of projects, including remodeling, construction, and landscaping. No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks (e.g., framing, demolition, clean-up, etc.)
• Help with landscaping tasks
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
• Follow safety guidelines on all job sites
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Must be able to perform physical labor
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or landscaping
• Familiarity with tools and basic construction techniques
