General Laborer

Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Support team members with miscellaneous tasks to keep projects on schedule
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
• Construction/job site clean up and demolition.
• Loading drywall scraps/garbage into trailers or bins
• Multiple job sites in 1 day
• Expected to stay at the job until the team is ready to leave or the job is finished.
• Must show up to the shop on time in the morning (630am).
• Lunch is on the go.
• Weekly hours often exceed 40 and days are often longer than 8 hours.
• This is a physically demanding job.
