Key Responsibilities
- Unit Detailing: Power wash, scrub, and deep-clean units to maintain a professional appearance and prevent debris buildup in mechanical parts.
- Assembly & Setup: Unbox and professionally assemble new units/equipment according to manufacturer specifications; perform initial "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) to ensure everything is functional.
- Small Engine Maintenance: Perform small routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, spark plugs) on landscaping/construction equipment.
- General Labor: Assist with site cleanup, loading/unloading equipment, and operating heavy/light-duty power tools.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and parts used.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the workshop area clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of small engines is preferred but not required.
- Tools: Familiarity with using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and power tools.
- Physical Stamina: Able to lift and carry up to 50–60 lbs frequently, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: We value a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic over previous technical experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
