General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the general contractor’s various projects, ensuring efficiency and quality in each task. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Assist in the completion of various projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Following the guidelines set forth by the contractor for each task
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within each job site.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to the contractor.
• Examples of work you would be assisting the contractor with: Painting, Roofing, Siding, Drywall, Gutters, Landscaping/Lawncare, and much more.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is essential for effective task completion.
• Familiarity with general construction work.
• Experience is preferred but NOT required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
