Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our plumbing and well service teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that values quality and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting plumbers and technicians on job sites
• Loading and unloading tools and equipment
• Digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Cleaning and preparing work areas
• Performing basic maintenance and support tasks

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing stairs and working outdoors
• Drug-free and able to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude
• Employment contingent on a successful 90-day probationary period

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7AM–5PM
• Some evenings and weekends as needed
• 40–50 hours per week
