General Laborer

Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving tires, tools, and equipment across job sites or facilities
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools
• Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or performing basic tasks as directed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of adhering to safety guidelines
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members effectively
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
