General laborer/ construction helper

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team for outdoor landscaping and light construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in a job well done, and can consistently follow instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Landscaping and yard work
• Building patios and retaining walls
• Demolition and site cleanup
• Light construction tasks
• General outdoor labor and property maintenance
• Loading/unloading materials and keeping the job site clean and organized
• Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up on time and ready to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general labor is a plus, but we will train the right person.
• What we Guarantee
• Consistent 30–40 hours per week
• Guaranteed hours for at least 3 months
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
