General Laborer – Construction / Landscape

Pay: Up to $26/hr DOE + Performance Bonuses

Next Phase Environmental is a civil construction contractor specializing in erosion control, land reclamation, land clearing & major commercial landscape construction. Our shop is located just outside Council Bluffs In Underwood, IA.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain erosion control systems (silt fence, matting, etc.)
• Assist with site prep, commercial seeding, and landscape projects
• Load materials and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Perform general construction site upkeep and maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Underwood, IA
• Previous construction or landscaping experience is a major plus!

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Construction and/or Landscape: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
