General Laborer - Core Drilling

Position Summary
We are hiring a dependable General Laborer to support our plumbing division with core drilling and job site labor. This role plays a critical part in creating concrete penetrations for piping systems and assisting plumbers with underground and rough-in work.
This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow into a plumbing apprentice role.
Pay / Compensation: $19 - $20 /hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with core drilling for plumbing systems (floor, wall, and foundation penetrations for pipe installation)
- Set up and operate core drilling equipment under supervision
- Support plumbers with underground, rough-in, and layout work
- Measure, mark, and prepare drilling locations according to plans
- Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist with concrete patching and cleanup after drilling
Qualifications:
- Construction or general labor experience preferred
- Experience with concrete cutting/core drilling is a plus
- Interest in learning the plumbing trade (strong growth opportunity)
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow directions
- Valid driver's license preferred
