General Laborer / Crew Chief

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer / Crew Chief and play a vital role in erosion control and landscaping. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate on diverse tasks, from hydroseeding, blanketing and installing silt fence to completing landscaping jobs. You will be hands-on with skid steers and hydroseeders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews with our project manager to complete projects efficiently and safely, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and job superintendents to ensure project milestones are met on time while upholding safety standards.Experience
• Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in a construction environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety procedures at all times.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills. We value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
