Job Description:

We are seeking General Laborers for an indoor hospital renovation project in Dubai. The primary duties involve assisting with the safe and hygienic demolition of existing internal structures and services, and managing the removal of debris. Successful candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and strictly adhere to the high safety and hygiene standards essential for working within a healthcare environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Carefully remove or dismantle old services as directed by the site supervisor to prepare the space for new installations.
• Shift and transport all demolished debris and materials efficiently to the designated disposal area (kashra side), maintaining organization and safety.
• Support site preparation, setup, and other general manual tasks related to the renovation.
• Ensure the work areas within the hospital remain clean and orderly at all times.
• Strictly comply with all mandatory safety, health, and hygiene protocols for hospital projects.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and light construction equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general labor, demolition, or renovation work; experience in indoor or hospital projects is a plus.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including safely lifting and handling heavy materials.
• A strong understanding of safety and hygiene procedures specific to working in sensitive healthcare settings.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to take direction and work effectively under supervision.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
