General Laborer - Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer - Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting installation projects across various sites, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of building components, fixtures, and systems according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate installation work.
• Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, framing, or other necessary structures for installation tasks.
• Support demolition, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, drywall, and finishing work as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction site work or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of construction disciplines such as carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical systems, or masonry is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance.
