General Laborer - Installer

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Superior Mobile Home Setup is a growing manufactured home transport and installation company based in Monroe, GA. We move and set up homes across Georgia — and we're looking for a hard-working, dependable person to join our crew. No experience in manufactured homes required. If you show up ready to work and follow directions, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Earn

$18.00-$20.00 per hour starting wage. Our typical week is 50 hours. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for all hours over 40.

What You'll Do

• Travel with the crew to job sites across Georgia to help transport, position, and set up manufactured homes
• Help with foundation prep, leveling, blocking, and securing homes on-site
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials, tools, and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
• Take direction from crew leaders and communicate clearly when issues come up
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective gear

What We're Looking For

• Physically strong and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable — shows up on time, every day, ready to work
• Team player who follows directions and contributes to getting the job done right
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn — we will train you
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

No formal education required. Prior outdoor, construction, landscaping, or labor experience is a plus — but we hire for work ethic, not a resume.
