General Laborer – Lawn Care & Landscaping

We are a locally owned landscaping and property maintenance company based in West Des Moines looking to add a reliable general laborer to our team.

This position will focus primarily on lawn care and general property maintenance, with opportunities to assist on landscaping and cleanup projects as well.

You will be working on a small crew and assisting with day-to-day tasks on commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, and blowing properties
• Assisting with spring cleanups and general property cleanup
• Edging sidewalks and maintaining clean lines
• Picking up debris and preparing sites for work
• Assisting with landscaping projects (mulch, rock, planting, etc.)
• Operating basic equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Following direction from crew lead and working efficiently

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Willing to work hard and stay busy
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
