Role Overview

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the efficiency and appearance of our mulch yard. You will be the "boots on the ground" ensuring our facility runs smoothly and our customers receive the high-quality experience they expect from Renewed Outdoors.

$15 - $20 hourly

What You’ll Do:

• Yard Maintenance: Perform general clean-up around the mulch yard, ensuring the site is organized and professional.
• Manual Labor: Use shovels and hand tools to manage material overflow, clear debris, and maintain product piles.
• Operational Support: Assist team members with various tasks around the business yard, such as retrieving parts/tools for equipment or helping with general site chores.
• Site Prep: Help ensure the yard is ready for daily bulk deliveries and customer pickups.

Requirements:

• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks (shoveling, lifting, carrying) throughout your shift.
• Team Mindset: A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever the yard needs it most.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Perrysburg location.
