General Laborer/Work Exchange

You will be doing construction, farm chores, mowing/trimming and other general labor jobs that come up on the daily.

We start you at $17 an hour. After your 30 day "probation period", we will sit down and discuss your worth and what you deserve an hour depending on your skills and motivation.

Understand that we are looking for a live in general labor. We offer a work exchange for an individual to work 15 hours a week for a 1-bedroom apartment that is located on the property. All utilities will be included. After the 15 hours of work is completed for the 1-bedroom apartment and all of its utilities, then we will pay you for the remaining hours worked that week.

-- Normal hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday with an hour of breaks/lunches. We typically work 20-40 hours each week. So, if you are looking for more work, it is there!

--We do offer incentives after your first year. Starting with an XMAS bonus.

--Each year you will be offered another incentive, such as paid time off and dental/health insurance. *You must work your way up to get these incentives. As you are more invested in the company, the company will invest more into you!

- the jobs vary but may include some or all of the following. Running chain saws/ doing general construction/ trimming/landscaping/house maintenance/organizing/cleaning/moving stuff/ basic mechanic work/ farm help/ fence building/ barn building/ sweeping/ moping/ window cleaning. Most jobs will consist of physical labor so you must be fit. Both inside and outside work so weather is never an issue.

-each day you will be given a list of things to do and will need to do them without being baby-set.

- The private, 1-bedroom apartment that is located on the property is available immediately. All utilities will be included. The place you will be staying is at a beautiful, private country setting just outside of Farmington.

-The work you will be doing is located right next door to the private apartment.

-Must be on time or early and prepare to stay a few minutes late sometimes to get the job done. Hard working, fast and efficient, with a let's get this done attitude. Keep your phone off or in the car until lunch or break kind of person.
