General Ledger Accountant

India

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
  • Ensure tax compliance and handle related filings , including GST , withholding tax ,corporate income tax, and employee payroll taxes
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and related reports(monthly&yearly)
  • Collaborate closely with the headquarters finance team to align with group policies and procedures
  • Support data collection, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for internal controls and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data alignment.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Gob requirements:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in accounting or tax-related roles
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive financial data and uphold a high standard of professional ethics
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial procedures is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with strong expertise in SAP and BPM preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
