Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile journal entries across all accounting modules.
  • Manage prepaid expenses, accruals, amortizations, and ensure accurate monthly booking.
  • Maintain intercompany and related party accounts, ensuring reconciliations and proper documentation.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet account analysis and variance reporting.
  • Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, tagging, and depreciation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate trial balance.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors for GL-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements in relation to accounting records.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
  • Support finance team in preparing financial statements and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4–6 years’ GL accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • ERP system proficiency and strong Excel skills.
