General Ledger Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

· Oversee, optimize, and improve the structure of the accounting team, clarify division of responsibilities among team members, manage processes, enhance efficiency, and drive goal achievement.

· Lead coordination with group headquarters, follow up on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial audits, and submit all required reports, audit working papers, and other materials to the group in a timely manner.

· Take overall responsibility for establishing financial management systems such as payment regulations, reimbursement policies, and financial approval workflows, ensuring they align with local tax and financial regulations as well as practical conditions in the Middle East.

· Lead the data integration between local financial systems and the group’s financial systems, ensuring accounting data complies with local legal requirements while meeting the group’s unified financial standards.

· Develop and optimize financial management systems for payments, reimbursements, and other financial activities; oversee the preparation and ongoing updates of the accounting manual.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.

· 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role; 5+ years if within the same industry.

· Fluent in English
