General Liability Associate Attorney

What You’ll Do
As an Associate Attorney, you will:

• Handle Michigan No-Fault (PIP), automobile negligence, trucking, and premises liability cases.
• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft motions and briefs.
• Represent clients in court appearances, case evaluations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategic case development.
• Build litigation and trial skills within a supportive, team-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan, or eligibility for admission.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational abilities.
• Confident communicator with excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in insurance defense, personal injury protection (PIP), trucking, or general liability litigation.
• Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Newly licensed attorneys or those with litigation internships, clerkships, or clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
