General Liability Defense Attorney

We are growing fast and searching for experienced General Liability Defense Attorneys to work alongside established and experienced teams in our downtown Atlanta office! We are growing fast and have multiple positions available for experienced associates to join our practice in our Atlanta office.

Candidates must have:

• Demonstrated experience with depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions
• J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Insurance, General Liability, or Civil legal defense experience
• 1+ years of experience at a defense firm
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Proven ability to manage complex cases
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
• Passion for litigation
