General Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Assist with renovations, refurbishments, or minor construction works as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in building maintenance.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
