Job Overview

We are Seeking for a candidate with hands-on experience in General Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facility’s equipment and infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations across manufacturing, facilities maintenance, and repair tasks, supporting our ongoing growth and commitment to quality.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and using ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Conduct welding repairs and assist with residential painting projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong electrical experience
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical troubleshooting.
• Proven experience on welding techniques
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on industrial machinery.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions.
• Must have own tools!
