General Maintenance Engineer

• Performing repairs: Handle minor repairs such as fixing broken windows, doors, or floors, and performing tasks like painting, tiling, or carpentry.
• Troubleshooting and upkeep: Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to avoid future malfunctions.
• Handling specialized tasks: Be able to perform basic electrical maintenance (like replacing light bulbs) or plumbing tasks, and recognize when to call a licensed professional for more complex jobs.
• Equipment and facility management: Install new equipment, assemble furniture, and ensure the general cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Safety and compliance: Conduct safety checks on equipment and systems (like fire alarms), adhere to safety regulations, and use personal protective equipment as needed.
• Record keeping and reporting: Maintain logs of all maintenance activities, including repairs performed and supplies used.
• Inventory management: Keep track of and manage maintenance supplies and equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
