Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Person to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work at our property/site. The candidate should be able to identify issues quickly and ensure smooth functioning of all basic maintenance activities. IT completed person

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and facilities regularly
• Fix minor electrical, plumbing, and civil issues
• Coordinate with external vendors when major repairs are required
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of common areas
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
• Follow safety rules and company guidelines
• Support emergency repair work when needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6MONTHS - 1 YEAR experience in general maintenance or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance work
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
