General Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are hiring a General Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in the construction field. The right candidate should have good experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and general building maintenance. This is a full-time and stable position with a good working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair work on site.
• Check and maintain all building systems (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.).
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage a team of maintenance workers and ensure quality work.
• Make sure all safety rules and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when needed.
• Keep proper maintenance records and reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Foreman in construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Can read and understand technical drawings.
• With valid UAE Driving License.
