General Maintenance Technician

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems and equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, etc.)

Troubleshoot issues and respond to maintenance requests promptly

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment service logs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Assist with general facility upkeep such as painting, carpentry, and minor repairs

Support special projects, renovations, and equipment installations as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
