Summary/Objective:
The Maintenance Tech position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
Duties And Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs equipment and plant facilities

Installs, starts up, and shuts down equipment
-
Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment

Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.

Assists personnel with troubleshooting

Use various hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
-
Support other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical equipment, including facilities maintenance
-
Must possess excellent organizational skills, technical capacity, and problem-solving/analysis abilities.

The ability to teach and train others in a coach or mentor role as needed

Must possess strong computer skills, including any software relevant to the position.
