Job Title: General Maintenance Technician (AC / Plumbing / Electrical)

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AC systems, plumbing, electrical works, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring all facilities are maintained in safe and working condition.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of AC systems (split, package, basic troubleshooting)
• Carry out plumbing works, including pipe repairs, leak fixing, sanitary fittings, and water tank maintenance, blockages and water heaters.
• Conduct electrical maintenance, including lighting, sockets, switches, breakers, and basic wiring
• Handle general maintenance tasks such as painting, gypsum board, false ceiling, interlock, tiling, and minor civil works
• Diagnose equipment faults and perform timely repairs
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of work areas
• Coordinate with supervisors and report job status and material requirements
• Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of AC systems, plumbing, and electrical works
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair multiple maintenance issues
• Familiarity with safety procedures and basic technical standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to work in different environments
• Good communication and time-management skills
• UAE experience is an advantage

Preferred:

• Technical diploma or vocational training
• Valid UAE driving license (if required)
• Experience in villas, buildings, or facility management
